Dec 12 – first home inspection with K, case worker

Feb 2, 2013 – Start PRIDE training

Feb 27, 2013 – 1^st interview/ Homestudy with M

March 18, 2013 – Submit completed coursework

April 12, 2013 – Recommendation submitted to DCFS

April 23, 2013 – License issued for Foster Care

(April 28, move)

June 12, 2013 – Licensing worker M visit, home inspection for new place

August 15, 2013 – Receive updated license for new place

August 20, 2013 – Attend info meeting at different agency

August 30, 2013 – Submit paperwork to transfer license to new agency
December 12, 2013 - Receive transferred license
April 16, 2014 - Receive call for baby boy
April 21, 2014 - Baby boy Jay moves in!
